Our services include a radius of up to 60 miles from Nashville, TN. If you have any specific location-related inquiries or if your venue is beyond this radius, feel free to reach out, and we can discuss tailored arrangements to accommodate your needs. 

Yes! If you're only needing our services for your bridal party, family or guests that's totally fine! Contact us for details.

Absolutely! We recognize that coordinating everyone's preferences can take time. If you're unsure about additional services now, you can request to add them at a later date when you have better confirmations. We're here to accommodate your needs throughout the planning process. 

Alongside a signed contract, we require a $100 deposit due at booking. 

Gratuity is not included in our pricing. While not obligatory, if you have a great experience and would like to show appreciation, tips are welcomed and can be given directly to our team on the day of the service or included in the final payment.

The final payment for our services is due one week prior to your wedding day. If you wish to settle the payment sooner, you are more than welcome to do so at your earliest convenience. 

 We don't require bridal trials, but we do highly recommend them! If you're not the Bride, but you'd still like to have a trial, we can absolutely accommodate that for $120 per service. Trials are conducted at our Nashville or Gallatin locations, assigned based on the artist(s) servicing the wedding day.

Yes, the artist or stylist who conducts your trial will be the same assigned to your wedding day!

In the rare event of an emergency, such as illness or a death in the family, we will be prepared to make a substitution. In such rare cases and if time allows, we will offer a complimentary new trial with the replacement, ensuring you are comfortable for the big day. In any instances where time does not permit a new trial, please rest assured that all our associates can deliver the same high level of quality work and professionalism. 

At Lips + Locks, our commitment is to quality over quantity. Our owners are given priority for wedding assignments and our associates are readily available to step in for larger bridal parties or in the case of emergencies, such as illness or family-related situations, ensuring a seamless and reliable experience for your special day. We purposefully limit the number of weddings we undertake in a day, ensuring each client receives our full attention and dedication. In the rare event that one of our owners is unavailable, all our talented associate artists and stylists can step in and maintain the same level of quality and care on your special day. 

If you have any concerns or specific preferences regarding the assigned artist/stylist for your wedding, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are happy to address any questions or considerations you may have about the team member(s) who will be assigned to your wedding day.

Subject to our availability, we are delighted to extend our glam services for all events. The total investment may vary based on location and individual preferences. You have the flexibility to choose between traveling to us, similar to the trial sessions, or opting for a convenient on-site service with a fee that depends on your chosen locations and the team members required to fulfill the services.
