Lips + Locks Nashville was founded by long time best friends, Katie + Lacy. While they take their craft seriously, L+L believes in infusing joy into every wedding they do. Your wedding day should be anything but stuffy! They've hand picked each team member to provide a high quality, comfortable experience for all. Lips + Locks will treat your wedding day like it's one of their own!

Katie Austin discovered her passion for glam in dance competitions, where she began experimenting with eyelashes and a full face of makeup at just 6 or 7 years old! Over the years, her dance hobby evolved into singing and writing songs, leading her to Nashville. Katie's journey has fueled her passion for creating looks that radiate beauty in both photos, videos and in person! 

Lacy Larson's journey into the world of glam was inspired by her performing background. With a lifelong passion for singing, songwriting, and creating stunning performance looks, she has embraced the artistry of glamour from an early age. Adding to her artistic roots, Lacy's mother was a cosmetologist, making the love for beauty a part of her heritage! 

Alyssa, a Louisiana native, joined the team in early 2023, bringing years of experience after thriving in the bridal industry down south. Seeking a change of scenery, she made the bold decision to relocate to Nashville, and brought  with her a go-getter work ethic along with her trending styles and cheerful attitude!

Keisha's journey into professional glam began at Blowout Co, where her talent quickly earned her a stellar reputation and the trust of countless beauty enthusiasts. Transitioning from the salon scene, Keisha embraced freelancing, showcasing her expertise in both hair and makeup. Crossing paths with L+L on so many occasions let us know adding her to the team was always meant to be!

Kelsey, the OG team member added to the squad when our L+L journey began, brings a perfect blend of bubbly energy and top-notch hair skills to the bunch. Beyond her finesse with hair, she takes the stage in Nashville's theater shows, where she gained unique hair techniques that ensure long-lasting styles! 

Bri discovered her natural talent for makeup as the go-to friend always transforming faces within her circle. Her knack for it led her into the world of Sephora, where she not only honed her craft but ended up in the role of overseeing all store makeovers. Bri took her freelance makeup expertise on the road in Texas before making the bold move to Nashville! 

Vannessa was discovered by co-owner, Katie, while working at The Cosmetics Company Store in Nashville. After seeing Vannessa's work, there was an immediate understanding that she would add value to the team. Vannessa was excited and ready for the jump into the bridal industry and had the skills to match!
